Meet Haley

Haley Weiss, MA, LPC, NCC
Counseling has been a path that I have always felt drawn to: meeting people in the midst of their struggles and pain and helping them find a path to hope again. Life is hard and sometimes throws you curveballs that you were not planning to have to catch. Sometimes those curveballs knock you down and you are not sure how you will be able to get back on your feet again. My hope is that through counseling, you will be able to discover new strength within yourself and walk an empowered life confident of who you are and who you are presently working to become.

My professional and clinical journey into the counseling field began in 2017 as I started my master’s degree program at Colorado Christian University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and received my degree in December 2019. I currently hold my professional counseling license by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors (PC017608).

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) recognized by the National Board of Certified Counselors, a private certifying agency that recognizes counselors who have distinguished themselves through meeting the board’s standards for education, knowledge, and experience. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the state chapter Pennsylvania Counseling Association (PCA).

I completed the Level 1 Training for Internal Family Systems (IFS) in February 2022 under Pamela Krause (LT) and Leslie Petruk (AT), and the Level 2 Training under Chris Burris (LT) and Gaby Satarino (AT) in March 2025. I utilize the IFS model with most of my clients while integrating other evidence-based approaches like neuroscience-based anxiety treatment, mindfulness and acceptance-based therapy, and experiential therapy in session.

I currently work with adolescents (age 14+), college students, and adults of all ages. I love working with a wide range of clients as I continue to learn about the struggles of younger folks, hear the wisdom of older folks, and the litany of experiences and transitions that many people in the years between share across the board.

Outside of the professional realm, I enjoy spending time and making memories with my husband through playing our ever-growing collection of board games, bike riding, hiking, reading books, having deep thoughtful conversations, making and eating delicious food and drinks, and making music together. I love being outside in nature, and I take great joy and refreshment in the sunshine! My favorite color is purple and my favorite season is spring!

I look forward to connecting with you
